Westlake International School offers competitive term fees across all year levels, with three terms per academic year. Secondary fees range from RM7,880 per term for Year 7 (RM23,640/year) to RM9,800 per term for Years 10-11 (RM29,400/year). A-Level (Years 12-13) tuition is RM9,350 per term (RM28,050/year).

Boarding is available in two options: 5-day weekday boarding at RM6,100 per term (RM18,300/year) and 7-day full boarding at RM7,300 per term (RM21,900/year). A boarding deposit of RM3,000 is required. Weekend extension for 5-day boarders is RM80/night. A 15% sibling discount applies on term tuition fees for subsequent siblings, and a 3% discount is offered for full-year advance payment in January.

An enrolment fee of RM3,000 is payable upon acceptance, with an additional RM2,500 International Administration Fee for foreign passport holders.
