About Sekolah Rendah Seri Presbyterian

Sekolah Rendah Seri Presbyterian (SRSP) opened in 2017 in Batu Pahat, Johor, with a Presbyterian Christian foundation. The school’s motto is “Arise, Shine, Serve.” SRSP delivers the Malaysian national curriculum with an international approach, preparing students who can transition to any secondary school type in Malaysia or abroad.

The school places strong emphasis on trilingual competence. Students are trained daily in Bahasa Melayu, English, and Mandarin, with teachers creating an environment where all three languages are used both in lessons and in everyday interaction.

Curriculum at Sekolah Rendah Seri Presbyterian

SRSP follows the KSSR national curriculum from Year 1 to Year 6. All MOE-mandated subjects are covered: Bahasa Melayu, English, Mathematics, Science, Islamic Studies or Moral Education, and Physical Education. The international approach adds breadth through enhanced English instruction and the inclusion of Mandarin as a core subject.

The school’s curriculum design gives graduates flexibility. Because SRSP follows the national syllabus, students can continue to government secondary schools, private schools, or international schools in Malaysia and overseas.
