About Sekolah SRI Acmar (Rendah)

The private national branch of Sekolah SRI Acmar was established in 1996 in Bandar Baru Klang. An international branch was added in 2008, with a campus expansion in 2018.

SR Acmar operates a dual-track model: the Malaysian National Curriculum (KSSR) for the private stream and the Cambridge/British curriculum leading to IGCSE for the international stream. Both streams share the same campus. Approximately 750 students are enrolled (600 in the private stream, 150 in the international stream). Class sizes are 24 to 25 students.

Curriculum at Sekolah SRI Acmar

Private national stream (KSSR): Follows the MOE Malaysia primary curriculum with Mandarin offered at three proficiency levels. The Dual Language Programme delivers selected subjects in English and Bahasa Malaysia. The Singapore Mathematics Programme is used as enrichment alongside KSSR Maths.

International stream (Cambridge): Follows the British/Cambridge primary curriculum leading to Cambridge Lower Secondary Checkpoint and IGCSE at secondary level. English is the primary medium of instruction.

Early Years: A play-based approach for ages 4 to 6, with structured literacy and numeracy readiness. The Early Years programme feeds into both the national and international primary tracks.

The Bandar Baru Klang campus includes air-conditioned classrooms, a library, science laboratory, swimming pool, basketball and badminton courts, makerspace laboratory, auditorium, music room, art room, and a large field.

SR Acmar is located at PT 21151, Persiaran Rajawali, Bandar Baru Klang, 41150 Klang, Selangor. The campus is accessible from three highways: NKVE, Federal Highway, and SKVE, drawing families from across the Klang district.
