About Sekolah Rendah Lodge

Sekolah Rendah Lodge was founded in 1953, originally to serve British expatriate families stationed in Kuching. Over seven decades later, it has evolved into the oldest international school in Sarawak, now educating approximately 700 students from 20 countries. This diversity makes Lodge one of the most internationally mixed schools in East Malaysia.

The school is part of the Lodge education group alongside Sekolah Menengah Lodge (the secondary campus). Together, the two schools provide a complete primary-to-A-Level pathway. The A-Level programme has been approved since 2004, giving the Lodge group a longer track record with pre-university qualifications than many newer schools in the region.

The Tabuan Desa campus in Kuching is centrally located, accessible from most parts of the city.
