Sabah Chinese High School (巴华中学) is a Chinese independent high school in Tawau, on the east coast of Sabah. The Borneo Chinese Association founded the school in 1964, and on 20 March 1964 management passed to the Tawau Chinese Chamber of Commerce, which still oversees the school today. It is one of several Chinese independent high schools in Sabah and the main UEC-track option for families in the Tawau district.

The campus occupies roughly 25 acres off Jalan Datuk Chong Thien Vun, with part of the original land donated by local benefactors. The school serves around 800 students aged 13 to 18 across its junior and senior years. As a member of the Chinese independent school system, Sabah Chinese High School teaches in the Mandarin medium while keeping Bahasa Melayu and English as core subjects.
